I just wanted to thank you and your staff for all that you did for Shelby. It meant the world to me that you went above and beyond, so that I could give Shelby peace without suffering. She meant and still means the world to me. To know as a vet you understand that bond is a breath of fresh air. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I don't believe I ever wrote to thank you for your excellent diagnosis and recommendation of the Eukanuba "KO" food for Shep. He is like a new dog beautiful coat and disposition. He found a great vet office, very similar to yours to get the food.

Just wanted to send a quick note of thanks!!,

I brought Libby in this morning to get her checked out because I knew something was going on and she was sick. Turns out she was, and although I was really scared you made me feel extremely comfortable. As a new dog owner I wasn't sure what was going to happen, but I was treated so wonderfully (as was Libby!) I am so thankful I chose your clinic to take my dog to. Jodi at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Having something happen unexpectedly where there is a large expense is really stressful and it was relieving to know I could work out a payment plan. Jodi was also so sweet, caring and incredibly helpful. I felt so much better talking to her, even though I was scared and really stressed once I realized that my dog was in a lot of pain.

It is so good to know that there are such wonderful people just down the street from me and that if I ever needed anything in regards to my dog and her health, I know where I can go. Thanks you for the wonderful care you gave to Libby, and through helping me get through the rough situation.
